Important Information following Cyclone Winston

We are happy to report that our resort is nearly back to normal operations after cyclone Winston has hit the island last weekend. The sun is out and our guests are enjoying the pools, beaches and surrounds.
Nearly all dining venues are open again, and our Sheraton Kids Club as well as water sport and other activities have recommenced as well. We are still waiting for electricity supply to be fully re-stored by the Fiji Electricity Authority. We expect this to be done within the next 24 hours. Until then, air condition, hot water and full lighting are not fully functional.
If you wish to amend your reservation with us, date changes and cancellations can be made without penalty up until 25 February for arrivals 22-25 February. Please email our reservations team at email@example.com.
Our teams have done a tremendous job in accommodating our guests during a difficult time, and we are all excited to welcome our next guests with smiling faces tomorrow onwards. We truly appreciate the many kind words we have received via our social media channels and emails, as well as the support offered from locals and future guests to assist with the clean-up and donations of all kinds.
